SHIPPING POLICY

The following terms and conditions are applicable to any orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you") with Ychirm.com (hereinafter referred to as "us" or "we") through the website or mobile website. By making a purchase on the Ychirm.com website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below (the "Terms"). Please keep in mind that you read and understood our Terms before proceeding with your purchase.

1.1 PRODUCT ORIGINS

Ychirm.com is a global company that collaborates closely with top worldwide merchants from across the world to source materials and provides you with the most distinctive goods on the market at the best pricing. As a great destination for the top items, we work with a wide range of carriers in Europe, Asia, and North America, including USPS, Canada Post, and others.

Our warehouses are located all over the world, with the majority of them in Southeast Asia, such as Singapore, Vietnam, and India.

1.2 ORDERING

The ordering options available to you are via Ychirm.com. Please visit our pages for further information.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you after you complete the purchase, including the order number and the order details. Also, a shipping confirmation email that includes the shipment information will be sent to you after we process your order successfully. 

If you have not received the order confirmation email within 6 hours of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Order Processing Time:

After you finish your transaction, it usually takes 48 hours for your item to be processed for stocking and shipment. Following that, you will receive an email with a Shipping Confirmation and your tracking number. To track your delivery, simply click on the link provided, and the tracking number will show on the shipping carrier's system in 5-7 working days.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.

Estimated Shipping Time:

Here is an estimate of the shipping times. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

United States：7-15 working days 

Canada, Europe：7-15 working days 

Australia, New Zealand：7-15 working days 

Mexico, Central America, South America：12-20 working days

Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia)：12-20 working days

Sometimes shipping times vary due to circumstances outside of our control, such as:

• IR Disputes/Strikes
• Weather
• Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Season)
• Large or Bulky Items
• Shipping Provider Error

If any of the above scenarios occur with your package we promise to keep you well informed with as much information that is available to us.

Shipping Guarantee:

To back up our commitment and promise to you we will refund the cost of shipping (or give a partial refund if shipping was free) on any item that takes longer than 30 days to arrive at your destination.

Risk-Free Shopping:

If for whatever reason your goods don't arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you!

International Delivery:

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.

NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks, or possibly longer for the slow-to-ship countries listed below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.

If the order arrives at your country and...

• The customer refuses to accept the package
• Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

We reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
